Paid for upgrade, but now can not download.

I paid for the upgrade, but will not download the paid version in my iPad, still the free version.
I really like this app, thats why I paid for the upgrade.
Now I will rate it a 2 stars till I get the full version I Paid.
Can anybody help me?
